Linda Legenza, age 66, of Columbus died Thursday, September 7, 2017 at her home in Columbus following a four month battle with cancer. She was surrounded by friends and family.
Linda was born January 26, 1951 in Columbus to Lawrence J. Sr. and Phyllis A. (Kosiba) Kush. She grew up in Columbus where she received her education at St. Anthony Grade School and graduated from Scotus Central Catholic High School. She married James F. Legenza on September 5, 1970 in Columbus. She worked at Take A Gander, McChristy Jewelers and the First National Bank where she retired from in 2012. She enjoyed spending time with her kids, grandchildren, friends and family. She also enjoyed reading and gardening with flowers being her passion. She was a member of St. Anthony Church, Catholic Daughters of America, St. Theresa Sodality, Bridge and Bunco Club and the Tea Bags Extension Club.
