A lover of nature, she found joy in the simple wonders of life, particularly in the sight of birds, butterflies, and the companionship of her dogs. She treasured quiet moments spent outdoors, always marveling at the intricate details of the natural world. Her gentle spirit and nurturing heart made her a beloved figure to all who knew her.
Lila devoted an impressive 60 years of service to the United States Department of Agriculture, never once missing a day of work, carrying on her ambition by investing in land for several years. Her dedication and work ethic were unmatched, and she approached everything with humility, generosity, and an unyielding commitment to her family.
She is survived by her cherished daughter in law, Mary Egger, grand children Nathan Egger, Sara Kopiasz, and Mallory Denney, great grand children Julian Egger, Madeline Egger, Noah Egger and Elle Egger, who will forever hold her in their hearts. Lila was preceded in death by her only son, Michael Egger, her former husband Norris Egger, her brothers Gene Adamy, Nick Adamy, Ted Adamy, and her parents Nick and Sarah Adamy.
Though she will be deeply missed, Lila's legacy of kindness, resilience, and love will live on in the lives she touched. She now rejoins her son, Michael, in eternal peace, where she will open her arms to him once more.
