Leona Ann Bernt

Leona died Thursday, May 20, 2010 at the Columbus Community Hospital.

Leona Ann Bernt was born August 10, 1915 in Duncan, Nebraska to Joseph and Mary (Drozd) Ziemba. She married Sylvester F. Bernt on April 29, 1946 at St. Stanislaus Church in Duncan. The couple farmed in the Duncan area until moving to Columbus in 1958. She was a homemaker and enjoyed doing yard work. Leona was a member of St. Bonaventure Church.
