Lawrence John Tworek of Osceola died Saturday, April 01, 2017 at the Osceola Good Samaritan Society.

Lawrence John Tworek was born July 19, 1932 in Columbus to Charles and Catherine (Molczyk) Tworek. He grew up on a farm in Platte County and attended country school and then Kramer High School in Columbus. Lawrence entered the US Army during the Korean Conflict in 1952. He served until 1954. Lawrence was united in marriage to Theresa Kuta on January 15, 1955 in Fullerton. He farmed the majority of his life in Polk County. Lawrence was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Duncan and the American Legion Club in Silver Creek.

He is survived by:
Wife Theresa Tworek of Osceola
Daughter Marie (John) Loveless of Columbus
Daugher Susan (Larry) Pokorny of Columbus
Son Kenneth (Krystal) Tworek of Columbus
Son Joseph (Abbie) Tworek of Columbus
8 Grandchildren
5 Great Grandchildren

He is preceded in death by:
Parents Charles and Catherine Tworek
Brothers: Michael, Alois, Henry, Raymond and Thomas Tworek
Sisters: Helen Rosno and Josephine Kropatsch
