Lawrence "Larry" Miller, age 80 of Columbus, died Friday, April 17, 2015 in rural Nance County.
Lawrence H. Miller was born March 15, 1935 in Columbus, Nebraska to Harold and Sophie (Pachunka) Miller. He attended grade school and high school at St. Bonaventure and graduated there. He worked at B-Ds and studied electronics. He was a TV technician for Garys TV, Mels TV, and had his own Professional Electronics TV business. He later worked at Becton Dickinson for 23 years and EGS for 10 years until his retirement. He most recently drove for DNA. He married Arlene R. Lassek on May 15, 1957 at St. Bonaventure. He spent four years in the United States Air Force, stationed in Texas, Mississippi, Oregon, and overseas in Okinawa and Japan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother: Don, one sister: Lillian and nephew: Randy Wennekamp.
He is survived by his wife: Arlene of Columbus, nieces: Jodi Rezabek of Tobias,NE Kim Wennekamp, Sandra Umsteadt , nephew Curt Wennekamp
