Kevin Hamling

Kevin Hamling, age 58 of rural Columbus, NE, passed peacefully Saturday November 14 ^th , 2020 at home surrounded by family. No service at this time, there will be a memorial at a later date.

Kevin was born April 1 ^st , 1962 to James and Jean (Gasper) Hamling. He attended Columbus Elementary School as well as Shelby Public Schools. Kevin worked at Rapid Lube, did construction, and carpentry. Kevin spent his time enjoying pool, cards, board games, hunting, fishing, gardening, and cooking. He spent time with family especially with his nieces and nephews. Kevin was also a patient mentor to many. Kevin brought tremendous amount of joy to every life he touched.

Kevin was a phenomenal man who loved and cared about everyone. He will be greatly missed.
