Kathleen &Quot;Katy&Quot; Hickman

Kathleen R. Hickman was born November 24, 1928 in Bertrand, Nebraska to Fred and Jessie (Duff) Biesecker. She graduated from Bertrand High School in 1947. She married Dale Hickman on June 29, 1950. They lived in Bertrand until 1960 when they moved to Lexington. In 1970 they moved to Columbus. They retired in 1981 and moved to Florida. Dale passed away on October 27, 1998. Kathleen returned to Columbus in 2005. She worked as a nurses aid in Lexington. While in Columbus they owned and operated the Economee Motel. Kathleen volunteered for 23 years at the Hendry County Hospital in Florida where she was very active in the hospital auxiliary. She enjoyed spending time with her family and playing cards with her friends at Crown Villa.

Son: Randy (Robin) Hickman of Bay Minette, AL
