Judith Eden

Judith R. Eden, age 65, of Columbus, Nebraska died Sunday, February 18, 2007 at Hospice House in Omaha. Funeral Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday, February 23, 2007 at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church in Columbus with Reverend Tom Weisbecker officiating. Visitation is after 5:00 p.m. Thursday with a 7:00 p.m. Vigil Service at St. Bonaventure Church. Visitation continues Friday morning from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. also at the church. Burial is in the St. John's Cemetery near Lindsay, Nebraska.

Judith R. Eden was born August 3, 1941 in Nevada, Iowa to Claude and Beatrice (Fleming) Eden. She graduated from Humphrey High School in 1959 and attended College of St. Mary's in Omaha. Judith worked at St. Mary's Hospital and the Columbus Community Hospital for over 40 years. She was an avid photographer and painter and enjoyed biking, hiking, swimming and animals. She was a member of St. Bonaventure Catholic Church.
