Judith Beatrice was born May 2, 1939, at Mercy Hospital in Council Bluffs, Iowa, to Robert LeRoy Walker and Lorrayne Walker Anderson.  She attended Roosevelt Grade School until fifth grade, then Field Club Elementary through eighth grade.  She attended the first semester of high school at Omaha Central, then transferred to York, Nebraska, where she graduated in 1957. On July 26, 1959, she married Gerald Duane Bryan at the old Presbyterian Church in York, Nebraska. They built their home on the farmstead ten miles northwest of Osceola where they lived their entire married life.  Most of the carpentry on the house was done by Gerald. They were members of the Fairview United Methodist Church in rural Silver Creek, and later became members of the United Methodist Church in Silver Creek. Judith's greatest love was her family. She also loved to read and probably read thousands of books over her lifetime.

She is survived by her husband Gerald and four children: Debra Bryan, Brenda (Joel) Lozano, David (Nancy) Bryan, and Beverly (Ken) Cannon; grandchildren Cy Cannon (Luke Else), Wynn Cannon (Colton Micheel), and Corby Cannon; brothers Mark (Cyndi) Anderson and Matthew (Chris) Anderson; sisters Barbara (Mel) Harmon and Cynthia (Roy) MacNamee, and many relatives and friends.
