Joyce Sedlacek

Joyce passed away on Tuesday, March 1 2016 at Bryan LGH West in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Joyce Ellen Sedlacek was born September 21, 1949 at St. Marys Hospital in Columbus to John and Lillian (Prazak) Sup. She grew up in Clarkson, Nebraska and graduated from Clarkson High School in 1967. That same year she was married to Gary Lee Sedlacek on July 29th, 1967 at the Presbyterian Church in Clarkson. The couple lived in Columbus, Nebraska, and in briefly in Fremont, Nebraska before moving back to Columbus in 1977 where they bought a home to raise their two children, Bryan and Wendy.

Joyce worked at Vishay Dale Electronics for many years until this past December when she retired. She enjoyed camping and spending time with her family, tending to her garden, planting flowers, cooking meals, especially her holiday meals, and canning. Joyce was a member of the Federated Church in Columbus.
