Joyce Morton

Joyce Morton, age 63, of Columbus died Saturday, October 7, 2006 at the Madonna Rehabilitation Center in Lincoln. Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, October 11, 2006 at the McKown Funeral Home in Columbus. The Rev. Bill Ritter will officiate. Visitation is Tuesday 4-7 p.m and Wednesday 8:30 a.m. until service time all at the McKown Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Roselawn Cemetery. Memorial are suggested to donor's choice.

Joyce Morton was born May 3, 1943 in Superior, Nebraska to Earl and Marguerite (Cottam) Lowe. She was employed as a bookkeeper at John Deere Implement, Lennox Heating, Dale Electronics and worked as a home health care aid. She enjoyed reading, cooking, sports, photo albums, spending time with her grandkids and watching their events.

She was preceded in death by her father and sister Carmen Grossoehmig.
