Josephine Drog

Josephine T. Drog, age 92, of Duncan, Nebraska died Monday, June 6, 2005 at the Columbus Community Hospital. Funeral Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 9, 2005 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Duncan. The Rev Frank Jindra will officiate. Burial is in the St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Visitation is 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Wednesday with a 7:00 p.m. Vigil Service at St. Stanislaus Church. Visitation continues Thursday morning from 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. also at the church.

Josephine Drog was born September 20, 1912 in Tarnov, Nebraska to John and Kathryn (Pytel) Gavlik. She married Leo Drog on May 27, 1941 at St. Stanislaus Church in Duncan. Josephine has lived in Duncan since 1942 and worked at Becton-Dickinson 5 years. She was a member of St. Stanislaus Church and was the caretaker since 1968. She was also a member of St. Ann's Society, Duncan Lions Club, and the Golden Age Club.

She is survived by nieces and nephews.
