Joann M. Kozak

JoAnn Kozak of Columbus died Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at Bryan LGH-East in Lincoln.

JoAnn M. Kozak was born December 19, 1948 in Columbus, Nebraska to Louis and Frances (Volnek) Czuba. She graduated from St. Bonaventure High School in 1967. JoAnn married Paul T. Kozak on May 31, 1969 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Duncan. The couple lived in Duncan for 8 years before moving to Columbus in 1977. JoAnn provided day care at her home and also managed Cuzzin's Corner and Lake Stop Convenience Stores. She enjoyed cooking for her family, especially during the holidays, spending time with her grandchildren and playing "Bunco" with her friends at the lake. She was a very loving and giving person. JoAnn was a member of St. Anthony Church and the Catholic Daughters.
