Jimmy E. Dodd, age 64, of Leigh died Friday at the Columbus Community Hospital.
Jimmy E. Dodd was born July 26, 1946 in Newport, Virginia to Edward and Jimmie (Whaley) Dodd. He married Carol Lynn Loghry on December 17, 1991 in Mesquite, Texas. Jimmy was semi-retired and and worked security at BD Medical. He previously worked at Kum-n-Go for eleven years in the Lincoln and Columbus areas. He loved music, carpentry and his wife of 18 years. He enjoyed working in the public eye and visiting with people.

Son: Shannon (Sarah Stuthman) Prock of Columbus

Great Grandchildren: Bryson Cassidy and Colin Henry
