Jean T. Gerber

Jean died Friday, September 24, 2010 at the Golden Living Center in Schuyler, Nebraska.

Jean Therese Gerber was born August 8, 1931 in Columbus, Nebraska to Fred W. and Frances (Schilz) Gerber, Sr. She graduated from St. Bonaventure High School and received her Nursing Degree at St. Joseph's Hospital in Omaha and her B.A. Degree in Science at Creighton University in Omaha. Jean served in the U.S. Navy Nurse Corp from 1956 - 1960. She worked as a registered nurse at St. Joseph Hospital in Omaha and the Columbus Community Hospital. Jean was a member of St. Bonaventure Catholic Church.
