Jean died Saturday, August 6, 2016 at Mory's Haven in Columbus.

Jean A. Bohlmeyer was born April 5, 1950 in Norfolk, Nebraska to Clarence and Betty (Fuchs) Raabe. Jean was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at birth. She married George Bohlmeyer on October 8, 1980 in Lincoln, Nebraska. The couple lived in Lincoln before moving to Schuyler and then to Columbus. Jean cleaned offices at the Federal Office Building in Lincoln and worked for Goodwill Industries. In 1982 she was honored with the National Severely Handicapped Worker of the Year Award in San Antonio, Texas. Jean enjoyed putting together jig saw puzzles, collecting angels and crosses and spending time in prayer.

She is survived by:
