Jayne Jacobitz

Jayne Jacobitz, age 61, of Columbus, died Friday, September 12, 2014 at her home in Columbus.

Jayne Jacobitz was born May 4, 1953 in Plainview, Nebraska to Lamonte and Emeline (Tichy) Kotrous. She grew up in Verdigre, Nebraska and graduated from Verdigre High School in 1971. Jayne attended Northeast Technical School in Norfolk, Nebraska. She married John Jacobitz on August 30, 1986 in Verdigre. Jane was currently employed at Prairie Village in Columbus. She enjoyed spending time with her dog "Sly", gardening, helping the elderly and going back home to visit family and close friends.
