Janie Meyer

Janie died Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at Bryan LGH East in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Janie Meyer was born December 24, 1938 in Paxton, Nebraska to Olen and Pauline (Hayes) Wolf. She moved to Franklin, Nebraska and graduated from Franklin High School in 1956. On December 2, 1961 Janie was united in marriage to Bob Meyer in Franklin. The couple moved to Columbus in October of 1963. Janie worked for J.C. Penny, Ernst Auto and then for Kirkpatrick-Pettis Financial Services until retiring in 2001. She was a member of the Federated Church where her and Bob served as Youth Group Sponsors. Janie enjoyed drawing, reading, gardening, shopping, lunch with the ladies and especially spending time with her family.

Sister-in-law: Gladys (Melvin) Markwardt of Lincoln, NE
Brother-in-law: Clarence "Shorty" (Elaine) Meyer of Mesa, AZ
Brother-in-law: Dave Trebold of Beatrice, NE
