Janice Leitschuck

Janice Leitschuck, age 71, of Monroe died Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at her home in Monroe.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday, October 7, 2019 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Genoa, Nebraska. Visitation is 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Sunday and 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. Monday at St. Rose of Lima Church.  Burial is in the Gruetli Cemetery near Monroe, Nebraska.

Janice Leitschuck was born March 16, 1948, in Spalding, Nebraska to Gilbert and Ethel (Johnson) Campbell. She was raised by Carl "Ollie" and Madeline Johnson on the family farm northwest of Spalding, and graduated from Spalding Academy in 1967. She attended beauty school in Omaha.

Janice married William "Bill" Leitschuck on August 3, 1967, at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Spalding, Ne. They lived in Columbus until 1977 when they moved to Monroe. She worked at Vishay-Dale from 1976 until her retirement in 2013.
