Ilene Marie Anderson

Ilene died Friday at her home.
Ilene Marie Anderson was born December 4, 1927 in Paddock, Nebraska to Frank A. and Frances (Johnson) Searles. She attended District #1 School and graduated in 1946. She taught at a country school by Center Union, near O'Neill, Nebraska for one year. Then she was united in marriage to Percy Merrill Anderson on August 26, 1948 in O'Neill, Nebraska by Reverend Melvin Grosenbach. They moved to Columbus in 1953. Ilene was a member of the Bible Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, and crocheting. She was a beloved wife and mother who lived to please the Lord in all things.
