Helen R. Zelasney, 83, of Duncan died Friday, February 14, 2003 at Beverly Healthcare in Columbus. Services are 10:30 am Monday at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Duncan with the Rev. Joseph A. Miksch officiating. Visitation will be on Sunday after 5 pm at St. Stanislaus Church in Duncan with a Vigil service at 7 pm, also at the church. Visitation continues Monday morning from 9:30 am until service time at the church. Interment is in the St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the donors choice.

Helen R. Zelasney was born May 1, 1919 in Duncan to John & Victoria (Starostka) Dush. She grew up in Duncan and attended St. Stanislaus schools. On July 18, 1939 she married Alex Zelasney in Duncan. Helen was a housewife and worked for Saunders Archery for 15 years. She was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church where she belonged to St. Ann's Sodality, sang in the church choir, and was a past member of the Lions Club. She loved baking, gardening, and playing cards.
