Helen Maxine Kolbush

Helen Maxine Kolbush, age 79 of Columbus died Tuesday, January 11, 2005 at the Columbus Community Hospital. Funeral services are 11:00 am Friday, January 14, 2005 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Columbus with the Rev. Del Lape officiating. Visitation is on Thursday from 5-8 pm at McKown Funeral Home with a 7:30 pm Vigil service, also at the funeral home. Visitation continues Friday morning from 9-10:30 am at McKown Funeral Home. Interment is in St. Bonaventure Cemetery.

Helen M. Kolbush was born August 10, 1925 in Columbus to Ernest and Louise (Gesch) Roelle. She grew up in Columbus and graduated from Kramer High School in 1943. She married Alvin S. Kolbush on July 13, 1946 in Columbus. She lived her entire life in Columbus where she had worked at Schweser's and Becton-Dickinson. She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church and her hobbies included cooking, sewing, reading, caring for her home, and bird watching.
