Hazel Stueck

Hazel C. Stueck of Columbus died Saturday, July 28, 2018 at Columbus Care and Rehabilitation.

Hazel C. Stueck was born May 3, 1927 in Havelock, NE to James and Alta (Parish) Brees. She married Harold Stueck on August 13th, 1949 in Lincoln. After settling in Columbus in 1975 she worked for many companies including Behlen Mfg, and Central Community College-Platte Campus before retiring in June of 1992. After retirement she worked for the Columbus Middle School in the Cafeteria.

Hazel was a member of the VFW Auxiliary Post 131, American Legion Auxiliary Post 84, and the Eagles Club. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Ladies Circle where she helped out in church activities. Her hobbies include bowling, bingo, needle point and gardening.

Brother Eldon (Rose) Brees of Lincoln, NE
