Harold Husmann

Harold died Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at his home.

Harold Husmann was born October 27, 1925 in Platte Center, Nebraska to John and Emma (Wills) Husmann. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy on August 23, 1944 and returned to Platte Center in 1946. On September 6, 1950 Harold was united in marriage to Dorolene Leimser at St. Marys Pilsno. They were married for 62 years. Harold was employed at Hapco, Sokol Irrigation and as a mechanic at Overland Sand & Gravel for over 30 years. In 1976 they moved from Clarks to their home in rural Duncan. Harold loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing with his sons or relatives and spending time in his garden. He enjoyed his grandchildren and his dog Shilo. Harold will be deeply missed by all of us that had the good fortune of knowing him.
