Harold Dreifurst

Harry died Friday, November 14, 2008 at his home in Platte Center.

Harold "Harry" Dreifurst was born January 4, 1934 in St. Bernard, Nebraska to Joe and Theresa (Ball) Dreifurst. He grew up in St. Bernard and the Lindsay areas. He served in the United States Army from 1953-55. He married Patricia Ashby on October 5, 1957 at Lindsay Holy Family Church. They lived in Columbus and Monroe before moving to Platte Center in 1963. Harry worked at Behlen manufacturing for 42 years until his retirement in 1997. He was a member of St. Jospeph Catholic Church. He enjoyed spending time with his family and playing cards.
