Geraldine Koziol of Lincoln, formerly of Columbus, died Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at the Gateway Senior Living Center in Lincoln.
Geraldine Sophia Koziol was born April 7, 1928 in Primrose, NE to Roman and Sophia (Jarosz) Rybinski. She was raised and received her education in Silver Creek. On August 29, 1951 she was united in marriage to Benedict A. Koziol in Clarks, NE. Geraldine worked for Dale Electronics for over 20 years. She was a member of St. Isidore Catholic Church, Christian Mothers, and Catholic Daughters of America. She enjoyed quilting, baking, playing cards, and dancing.
She is survived by:
Daughter Mary (Bill) Meyer of Norfolk, NE
Daughter Judy (John) Grant of Kansas City, MO
Son Dave (Angela) Koziol of Lincoln, NE
Grandchildren: Don (Julie Wertz) Meyer, Caitlin (Keegan Krause) Meyer, and Allyson Koziol.
