Frances Blahak

Frances died Monday, June 4, 2012 at her home in Columbus.

Frances Catherine Blahak was born August 22, 1921 in Columbus, Nebraska to John and Mary (Knopik) Schefcick. She attended Kramer High School in Columbus and moved to Omaha shortly after high school. Frances married Harry Blahak, Sr. on November 3, 1942 in Omaha, Nebraska. She also lived in San Francisco, California before returning to Columbus. She worked at Becton-Dickinson and retired after 24 years. She was a life-long member of St. Bonaventure Church. She was also a member of Fireman's Auxiliary and the Becton-Dickinson Alumni Association.


She is survived by:
