Toodie Speicher died Monday, August 17, 2015 at the Golden Living Center in Columbus.
Florine G. "Toodie" Speicher was born October 12, 1925 in Lindsay, NE to Andrew and Caroline (Albracht) Boesch. She grew up in the Lindsay and Humphrey area where she attended schools in St. Bernard and graduated from St. Francis in Humphrey in 1943. On November 24, 1948 she was united in marriage to Richard "Dick" Speicher in Humphrey. Toodie raised her family and ran a daycare center for 30 years. She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church and the Eagles Auxiliary. Toodie loved to dance, read, play golf, and most importantly, spending time with her family and friends.
