Faye Krings, age 85, of Humphrey died Saturday, January 8, 2011 at the Countryside Home in Madison.
Faye Amelia Krings was born June 30, 1925 in Humphrey, Nebraska to Theodore and Mary (Wieser) Wemhoff. She received her early education at St. Mary of the Angels and graduated from St. Francis High School. She married Felix Krings on January 6, 1948. They lived and farmed near Tarnov until retirement when they moved to Humphrey. Faye was a member of St. Francis Church and the Christian Mothers quilting club. She enjoyed sewing, baking taking care of her plants and flowers and spending time with her family.
