Evelyn died Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at the Lakeside Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska.

Evelyn Rose Lisko was born March 14, 1923 at Clarks, Nebraska to John and Eva (Shotkoski) Zelazny.
She married Clifford Lisko on November 18, 1952 at Clarks, Nebraska. Evelyn lived and farmed with her husband near Osceola until his death in 1976. She resided in Columbus, Nebraska from 1978 until 2008, when she moved to Omaha, Nebraska.

She is survived by:

Daughter: Barb (Tim) Grachek of Omaha, NE
Daughter: Patricia (Mike) Nowak of Omaha, NE
Granddaughters: Melissa Arkfeld, Kelsey Arkfeld and Hannah Grachek
Step-granddaughter: Trisha (Brian) Stolte
Step-great grandchildren: Payton & Bentley Stolte
Sisters-in-law: Frances Zelazny and Regina Sutko
