Evelyn Braun

Evelyn Braun of Columbus died Monday, August 27, 2018 at her home with family by her side.

Evelyn Braun was born May 21, 1948 in Genoa, NE to Lonnie and Eleanor (Bosak) Zywiec. She grew up on the farm south of Genoa where she attended country school. On July 17, 1970, Evelyn was united in marriage to Ronald Braun at St. Rose of Lima Church in Genoa. She was primarily a homemaker as her children were raised. Evelyn worked various jobs throughout her life. She loved her family dearly and cherished spending time with her grandkids. Evelyn also enjoyed crafting, gardening, animals (her dog Casper), and helping others.
