Espiridion Horta was born April 16, 1962 in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico to Bonifacio and Martina (Velazquez) Horta. He moved to California in 1979. On May 26, 1989 Espiridion was united in marriage to Dora Aguilar in California. The family moved to Columbus in 2001. He worked as a truck driver travelling to 48 states. Espiridion enjoyed restoring vehicles and gardening. He was a devoted Catholic and a member of St. Bonaventure Church.
