Ervin Kuhn

Ervin Kuhn, 82, of Columbus died Sunday, August 7, 2005 at Columbus Community Hospital. Funeral services are 10:30 am Wednesday, August 10, 2005 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Columbus. Visitation is on Tuesday from 4-8 pm at McKown Funeral Home and continues Wednesday from 9:30 am until service time at the Church. There will be a family prayer service at 10:15am Wednesday at the Church. Interment will be at 12:30 pm at the Fairview Cemetery in Creston. Memorials may be made to the families choice.

Ervin Kuhn was born January 12, 1923 in Creston, Nebraska to August & Lena (Campbell) Kuhn. He graduated from Creston High School. Ervin married Margaret Luedtke on July 10, 1945 in Creston. He lived and farmed in the Creston area. Ervin also worked 12 years for Armour Meat Packing Company in Omaha and worked at Behlen Manufacturing for 20 years before retiring in 1988. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Columbus and the Eagles Club. He enjoyed fishing and gardening.
