Eric J. Schmid died Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at his home in rural Bellwood, Nebraska following a short battle with cancer.
Eric J. Schmid was born March 10, 1968 in Butler County, Nebraska to Ronald A. and Barbara (Salak) Schmid. He attended David City Aquinas High School. Eric lived in Jacksonville, Florida before returning back to the area 8 years ago. He worked at various jobs throughout his life. Eric enjoyed hunting, fishing, animals and was an expert grill master.
