Ellen C. Ernst was born August 3, 1964 in Vermillion, South Dakota to Howard and Sandra (Erickson) Ernst. Ellen was involved with Platte County ARC for many years and most recently a resident of Northstar Services. She was a member of St. Isidore Catholic Church and volunteered at Paws and Claws.
