Edward Schrant

Edward Schrant of Columbus died Friday, March 2, 2018 at Mory's Haven in Columbus.

Edward Schrant was born January 25, 1929 in Humphrey to Ben and Cecelia (Van Ackeren) Schrant. He grew up in Humphrey where he attended St. Francis schools. Ed married Lou Jean Frauendorfer at Sacred Heart Church in Cornlea on November 22, 1950. He farmed in the Creston and Madison area. They lived in Norfolk, Duncan, and for the last several years in Columbus. Ed loved to tinker and fix machinery.
