Dorothy E. Dush, age 90, of Silver Creek, Nebraska died Friday; January 18, 2002 at the Central City Care Center. Funeral services are Monday , 10:30 a.m. January 21, 2002 at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Silver Creek, Nebraska. The Rev. Dave Korth will officiate. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday after 5:00 p.m. at the church with a 7:00 p.m. vigil. Visitation will continue Monday morning 9:30 a.m. until service time at the church.

Dorothy E. Dush was born November 18, 1911 in Osceola, Nebraska to George and Ann (Gembica) Sutko. She graduated from Kramer High School in Columbus. On October 19, 1938 she married Andrew Dush at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Silver Creek. Following her marriage she lived near Duncan for a brief time before moving to the farm near Clarks in 1943. She continued living on the farm until she entered the Central City Care Center with her husband. They both lived there until his death on March 15, 1995. Along with raising her family she worked for several years at Swift Packing in Columbus. She was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Silver Creek.

She is survived by:
