Doris died Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at the Golden Living Center in Columbus.

Doris G. Langan was born June 14, 1920 in Platte Center, Nebraska to John and Della (Enzminger) Eihausen. She graduated from Platte Center High School in 1937. On July 6, 1942 Doris was united in marriage to Irvin Langan in Victoria, Texas. She was a homemaker and enjoyed going to the casinos.
Doris was a member of St. Joseph Church, St. Anns, Christian Mothers and the Legion Auxiliary. She held offices both with the legion and the church.

Sister: Joyce Barnes of St. Louis, MO
Brother: William (Wanda) Eihausen of Columbus, NE
Foreign Exchange Students: Oscar Mejia of Texas and Al Shofe of Virginia
