"MOM"
"Mom" - a noun became a verb (as in born to "mom") when Doris Grabo was born.
No human has arrived on earth with more resolute and single-minded sense of purpose.
Early clues: as an infant was the passionate way she hugged her "baby" doll. The next clue was using her doll buggy containing said "baby" for balance at age 10 months, as she taught herself to walk.
Doris soon launched herself into a babysitting career while in elementary school, honing early "mom" skills on the neighborhood toddlers. Those skills were further refined on her older sister's kids, followed by her own brood of four.
"Mom" purpose was enhanced subsequently by teaching elementary school students for many years. Her twilight years found Doris as a doting mom and grandmom.
Having exited the mortal stage, we, her surviving family members, salute her passing with much love and great admiration.
Doris Grabo - " Mission Accomplished!"
