Donna E. Muckey was born April 3, 1936 in Albion, Nebraska to Howard and Kathryn (Green) Jacobson. She married Dale Muckey on January 25, 1953 in St. Edward, Nebraska. The couple lived in Seattle, WA, San Juan Islands, Belleville, KS, Oakley, KS, Columbus, NE, and McAllen, TX before returning to St. Edward. Donna worked for Becton-Dickinson for over 10 years until retiring.
