Dennis Leroy Brumbaugh was born September 27, 1950 in Spokane, Washington to Ivan and Betty Brumbaugh. His father was in the Air Force during which time they lived in Alaska, Washington, England, Iowa and Nebraska. Dennis served in the United States Army.
He is survived by his brother Daniel and his friends at the Rainbow Center.
