Delvin "Delvie" Belina was born February 20, 1950 in Columbus to Lad and Adella (Hamsa) Belina. He spent most of his life with Region IV which is now Northstar Services. Delvie worked at Pizza Hut for 20 years from 1982-2002. He enjoyed dancing, listening to Polka music, and watching Polka videos. Delvie also loved spending time with friends, bowling, and competing in Special Olympics.
He is survived by:

Brother: Marvin (Mary Ann) Belina of Howells, NE
