Delores Koza

Delores died Thursday May 7, 2009 at her daughter's home in Columbus.

Delores "Dee" Koza was born February 13, 1936 in Silver Creek, Nebraska to Albert and Domicella "Dony" (Robeck) Cutsor. She graduated from Silver Creek High School. During her high school years she worked at Mayberger Station. She married Larry Koza on May 12, 1956 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Silver Creek. They lived in Omaha before where she worked at Mutual of Omaha before returning to Silver Creek in 1959 where they owned and operated the grocery store until 1965. From 1982 until 1995 they operated Kozy's Bar in Silver Creek. Dee also worked at Becton Dickinson in Columbus for many years. She was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church. She enjoyed shopping and having coffee with her friends and spending time with her grandchildren.
