David R. Weverka of Columbus died Sunday, August 28, 2011 at Columbus Community Hospital.
David Ray Weverka was born November 5, 1961 in Richmond, Virginia to Amanda Halderman. At the age of 2, him and his mother moved to Columbus. After her marriage, David was adopted by Ernest Weverka. David graduated from Columbus High School in 1980. After a few years of College, David lived in and worked in California and North Carolina before returning to Columbus following the death of his mother. David married Priscilla Weltruski on May 26, 2006. David worked various jobs including at EGS, Behlen Mfg, Lindsay Mfg, and lastly at Wal-Mart. David loved collecting coins, stamps, and toy cars. He loved trees, antiques, landscaping, tattoos, his hemi truck, and welding artwork.
