David Mausbach

David L. Mausbach, age 44, of Columbus, Nebraska died Wednesday, February 14, 2007 at the Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska due to complications from a cerebral hemorrhage. Funeral Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday, February 17, 2007 at St. Isidore Catholic Church in Columbus with Reverend Joseph A. Miksch officiating. Burial is in the All Saints Cemetery in Columbus. Visitation is 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. Friday at McKown Funeral Home. Visitation continues from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Friday at St. Isidore Church with a 7:00 p.m. Vigil Service. Visitation continues Saturday morning from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. also at the church.

David L. Mausbach was born August 10, 1962 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Norfolk, Nebraska to Philip and Lorraine (McGuire) Mausbach. He graduated from Humphrey High School in 1980. On October 14, 1989 he was united in marriage to Maureen Kaup at St. Aloysious Catholic Church near West Point, Nebraska. The couple lived in Columbus where Dave worked for Husker Coop since 1980 and served as branch manager of the Columbus Elevator since 1997. He was a member of St. Isidore Catholic Church in Columbus.
