David Allen

David Allen of Columbus died Thursday, July 15, 2021.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, July 26, 2021 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. at McKown Funeral Home in Columbus.

David Allen was born March 19, 1974 in Stockton, CA to Lloyd & Patricia (Wakefield) Allen. He grew up in California where he attended schools. He moved to West Point, NE when he was 19. David married Lori Krueger in January of 2000 in West Point. They had two children, Nicole and Cody. David worked at IBP in West Point before moving to Idaho. In Idaho, David met Shaun Nickerson. They lived in several locales including Idaho, Oklahoma, and Nebraska. In 2019, David moved to Columbus where he worked at Cargill.

David loved fishing, playing pool, dancing, and being with his friends and family. In David's words, "Let's Go Fishing!"
