Darlene L. Johnson died Friday, September 1, 2017 at the Columbus Community Hospital.

Darlene L. Johnson was born December 15, 1941 in Cornlea, Nebraska to Rudolph J. and Louise (Goedeken) Herout. She attended school in Cornlea. On January 24, 1959 Darlene was united in marriage to Robert L. Johnson, Sr. at St. Bonaventure Church in Columbus. She was a homemaker and worked Mory's Haven and the Columbus Manor. Darlene was a member of St. Bonaventure Church and enjoyed playing cards, crossword puzzles, sewing and quilting.
