Daniel L. Heinsohn, age 60, of Columbus died Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at his home in Columbus.
Daniel L. Heinsohn was born March 5, 1954 in Schuyler to Bernard and Shirley (Nelson) Heinsohn. He attended Columbus High and graduated from Scotus High in 1972. Dan worked for Sand Livestock for several years throughout the country. He then worked at Appleton and most recently owned and operated Twin River Welding and Mechanical. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, hunting and fishing, especially at Merritt reservoir.
Dan is survived by:
Daughter: Amy (Jose) Lara of Columbus
Sister: Karla (Rick) Schaecher of Columbus
Grandchildren: Izabella, Derek and Marcus Beltran, Joselyn and Samantha Lara
Dan was preceded in death by his parents and sister Julianne.
