It is with great sadness that the family of Dallas Thomson announces his sudden passing on Friday, November 16, 2018, at the age of 62.
Dallas was born December 16, 1955 in Lynch, Nebraska to Frank and Illa Thomson.
On July 10, 1992 he married Ronda Lynn Otto. Together they enjoyed living their life at the lake, camping, traveling, bird watching and rooting for the Huskers and Dallas Cowboys together. Dallas was a compassionate person that wore his heart on his sleeve . He was known for always helping anyone and his fun loving spirit. Being a jack of all trades he spent most his time working as a carpenter. He dedicated every moment he had to his family.
Dallas will be forever remembered by his wife & best friend Ronda, sons Nathan (Lindsay) Thomson of Columbus, NE, Tyler (Ashley) Thomson of Columbus, Ne , Josh Nelson of O'Neill, NE, Jeremy (Amanda) Kaufman of O'Neill, NE, daughters Nicole (Russ) Hopwood of Omaha, NE, and Sarah (Jason) Prorok of Humphrey, NE, 21 grandchildren and 2 great granddaughters. Sisters Danell (Kent) Hagberg Of Spencer, NE, Robin Roan of St. Edward, NE, Area (John) Hansen of Wynot, NE, Brothers Frank Jr. & Todd Thomson of Lynch, NE, Randy Thomson of Omaha, NE.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
