Cora Lee From

Cora Lee From, 65, of Bellwood died Saturday, October 8, 2005 at Columbus Community Hospital. Funeral Services are 10:30 am Wednesday, October 12 at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Bellwood with the Rev. Jeremy Hazuka officiating. Visitation is on Tuesday after 5:00 pm at St. Peter's Church with a Vigil Service at 7:00 pm, also at the church. Visitation continues Wednesday morning from 9:30 am until service time at the church. Interment is in Ss. Peter/Mary Cemetery in rural Bellwood. Memorials can be made to the wishes of the family.

Cora Lee From was born August 1, 1940 in Bellwood, NE to Joseph and Ruth (Day) Romshek. She grew up in Bellwood and graduated from Bellwood High School in 1957. Cora married Roy From on May 2, 1959 at St. Peter's Church in Bellwood. She was a homemaker and also worked at the Pizza Hut in David City for many years. She was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church in Bellwood where she was also a member of the Altar Society. She loved Husker Athletics, attending her grandchildren's activities, and bowling.
